Varsity Life Student Accommodation

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The Varsity Life project comprised 316 student accommodation units over 8 levels, with undercover car parking on the ground level.
In addition the project included management offices, heated swimming pool, gymnasium and coffee lounge. More than 50% of the project has been built over water.
Salacia Waters

Construction Management & Development was appointed by Lotte Engineering, one of Koreas largest development groups as the Development Manager for the Salacia Waters project.
This modern urban development project provides a mix of 470 apartments and town houses along with retail and home office space and marina berths. This development provided many challenges due to the eco sensitive location of the site, infrastructure and marina Installation.
Construction Management & Development worked with internationally acclaimed architects, urban planners and local government departments to negotiate and secure approvals to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase of the property.
Baung Beach Resort Hotel
SAN FERNANDO, LA UNION, PHILIPPINES

Project Management services during the DA phase for this 408 room beach front hotel development features restaurants, coffee shops, a day spa, conference area and core facilities.
This 4 star hotel includes a casino, tavern and approximately 40 commercial outlets.
The project has sweeping ocean views from all rooms, pools and poolside bar access.

Reef Cove Resort

DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Development Management as well as civil and infrastructure construction management of a master planned residential community of 102 lots, 4 medium density lots (160 units), 300 room luxury boutique hotel and a number of commercial sites.
This site presented a number of critical development constraints including such issues as cultural heritage, DEWHA plus development covenants imposed by GBRMPA (Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority).
